• Don’t use SMTP Zen for spam, cold emailing, email marketing campaigns or any kind of abuse or illegal activity / explicit content. We have security systems in place that will automatically suspend your account. Your service will be terminated without notice and no refund will be issued.
• We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that impact stability or security.

Billing & subscriptions

• Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Failed or overdue payments may lead to suspension or removal of data.
• If any of the of the terms of service present in this page is violated, we reserve the right to suspend or remove your account without notice and no refunds will be issued.

Marketing communications

We only send marketing updates if you explicitly opt in. You can update your marketing preference anytime in your account. Service and security notices may still be sent when necessary.

Content & data

• You retain ownership of your data. We process it only to deliver the service.
• We may keep logs for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
• Do not upload malicious content or violate third-party rights.
